This woman thinks. She does not think ahead. She feels BEHIND the obvious. Symbolized by the two pairs of eyes, Carola X directs the view to the temporal "behind" of each thought. That which can irritate, at the same time slows down the experience of time. It is as if we look into these eyes twice at once.
